The Role Supporting children across EYFS and KS1, including pupils with additional needs (SEN/SEMH). Providing 1:1 and small-group interventions to raise confidence, progress, and engagement. Working closely with teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure every child receives the support they deserve. Access to regular CPD and opportunities to specialise further in SEN support. What We're Looking For A patient, empathetic, and resilient individual with a passion for working with children. Experience in schools or SEN settings is desirable but not essential - personality and commitment are key. Someone eager to learn, grow, and become part of a supportive, high-performing team.
