Babysitter wanted for childcare in Calgary

We are a family with 3 little girls, juggling an on-call work schedule. We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, warm and engaging and who is able to drive to do drop off and pick ups occasionally for school. We have a senior dog as well. We are located in Woodlands SW. The details: Dad is working snow removal and Mom does on call work and so, ideally, we'd love to find someone available to care for our kids each day it snows (which can be short notice) from Nov 1/25 to March 31st 2026. Our girls are 6, 4 and 2 years old. The eldest is is in grade 1 and will not require care, except for maybe occasionally on a weekend. Our 4 year old attends preschool Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings until 11:45 am and will require a pick up and afternoon care until Mom is home from work (usually by 4pm at latest).
