The Role
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern (Recruiting & Staffing Support) to assist our Client Services team. This internship is ideal for students studying Human Resources, Business, or related fields who are interested in building skills in recruiting, staffing, and HR operations.
As an intern, you will gain experience with the day-to-day recruiting functions that keep staffing processes running smoothly.
For this role, onsite training will be required in Westland, MI.
What You’ll Do
Monitor and review incoming applications, resumes, and LinkedIn messages
Assist in following up with candidates on project submissions
Draft and edit candidate profiles for supervisor review and approval
Post project opportunities on job boards
Manage spreadsheets, email inboxes, and applicant tracking systems with up-to-date candidate information
Support communication with candidates, ensuring professionalism and a positive candidate experience

Current student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a remote environment
