/!\ The role is on a permanent contract, 100% based in Marseille. We imagine better ways to serve a world in motion MISSION: As Manager, you will lead the implementation of talent programs that build leadership capability and drive business results. You will manage complex projects, facilitate people reviews, and support succession and career development, ensuring alignment with global standards and business needs. WHAT WILL YOU DO ? Lead delivery of talent and leadership programs, including graduate and fast-track initiatives. Facilitate people reviews, succession planning, and career interviews for key populations. Manage assessment centers, follow-up development plans, and talent committee activities. Oversee digital learning platforms and support adoption of innovative methodologies. Track and analyze program effectiveness, reporting outcomes and recommending improvements. Support performance management, recognition, and internal mobility initiatives. Ensure compliance with Group policies and standards. Coach and mentor talent development team members, fostering a learning culture. Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and regional teams to address talent needs. Promote a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ? 10–15 years’ experience in talent/leadership development in large, global organizations. Master’s degree required Proven success in succession planning, high-potential development, and stakeholder engagement. Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, and cross-cultural communication skills Fluent English mandatory.
