We have clinic-based and mobile roles available, working with a diverse paediatric caseload supporting children and youth aged 1-18 years with varying needs. Duties will include (depending on experience): Senior roles - providing mentoring and clinical supervision as required to junior colleagues and graduates to support the team. All roles - provide comprehensive early intervention and care coordination to young people to assist them in achieving the goals and actions outlined in their care/management plan. Work with clients to implement informal and standardised assessments to support children and effectively assess and provide plans to improve patients’ health.
