Job title: Speech Pathologist - Team Leader Working hours: Full time Salary offer: $105k to $120k annually benefits PD Location: Ipswich About the company: Our client is a forward-thinking allied health practice in Brisbane, founded by two dedicated Occupational Therapists. They are passionate about providing personalised, client-centred care while creating a supportive and empowering work environment for our team. As they continue to grow, they are excited to expand into Speech Pathology and welcome their very first Speech Pathologist to help establish and shape this new arm of their service. About the role: This role goes beyond a typical Speech Pathologist position, it’s a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role. Our client is planning to expand the team by bringing on additional Speech Pathologists, including recent graduates later this year, and you’ll be instrumental in guiding and growing this group. Their approach is flexible and solutions-focused, and they're dedicated to supporting you at every stage, just as we’ve successfully done while building their Occupational Therapy team. You’ll be backed by a supportive leadership team, experienced Occupational Therapists, and access to external Speech Pathology mentors to help you feel confident and empowered in your role. They also offer reduced billable hour requirements compared to industry norms, so you’ll have the time to mentor, lead, and grow into this leadership position at a sustainable pace. About You: We are looking for someone who is passionate about Speech Pathology, excited by the opportunity to build something new, and ready to take on a leadership role. Recognised qualification in Speech Pathology Speech Pathology Australia Certified Practising registration Minimum of 3 years experience. Previous experience as a team leader or senior clinician is desirable but not essential.
