ATR - STAGE - Inventory planning internship

Rattaché au responsable Inventory & Planning, voici le d escriptif des missions proposées : * * Industrialisation des reportings : * Automatiser et standardiser les rapports existants en utilisant Power BI et Excel pour réduire le temps de traitement et améliorer la fiabilité des données. * * Conception de tableaux de bord * : Développer des visualisations interactives sous Power BI et/ou Excel pour suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) du service après-vente (ex. : temps de résolution des incidents, disponibilité des pièces, satisfaction client). * * Création de présentations : * Via PowerPoint, récolter les différentes information s interne/externes afin de créer des présentations d es activités du service * * Documentation et formation : * Rédiger des guides d'utilisation des outils développés et former les équipes internes à leur prise en main. * Optionnel : Optimisation des processus : Proposer des solutions pour automatiser les tâches répétitives liées à la collecte, au nettoyage et à l'analyse des données. * Ce stage est fait pour vous: * * * Formation : * Étudiant(e) en dernière année d'école d'ingénieur, université ou équivalent (Bac5) avec une spécialisation en informatique décisionnelle, data science, ou gestion des données. * * Compétences techniques : * * Maîtrise de Power BI (création de rapports, DAX, Power Query ). * Maîtrise Exce l (VBA, tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules avancées). * Connaissance des bases de données * * Compétences transverses : * * Rigueur et capacité d'analyse. * Autonomie et proactivité dans la résolution de problèmes. * * Langues : * Français courant, anglais est un plus. * Calendrier * Démarrage : Entre Janvier & Avril 2026 Durée 6 mois * Comment se passe le processus de recrutement ? * Le processus de recrutement se pas se en deux étapes après l a réception de votre candidature : * Analyse des CV * Entretien technique Manager : Le responsable du stage vous contactera pour un entretien de recrutement * Want to join the ATR adventure? Reporting to the Head Of Inventory & Planning, here the d etailed description of the mission : * *Report Industrialization:* Automate and standardize existing reports using Power BI and Excel to reduce processing time and improve data reliability. * *Dashboard Design:* Develop interactive visualizations in Power BI and/or Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the after-sales service (e.g., incident resolution time, parts availability, customer satisfaction). * *Presentation Creation:* Using PowerPoint, gather internal/external information to create presentations on the department's activities. * *Documentation and Training:* Write user guides for the developed tools and train internal teams on their use. * Optional : Process Optimization: Propose solutions to automate repetitive tasks related to data collection, cleaning, and analysis. * * This internship is designed for you * * * Education: * Final-year student in an engineering school, university, or equivalent ( Master's level/Bac5) with a specialization in business intelligence, data science, or data management. * * Technical Skills: * * Proficiency in Power BI (report creation, DAX, Power Query). * Proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, advanced formulas). * Knowledge of databases. * * Soft Skills: * * Rigor and analytical skills. * Autonomy and proactivity in problem-solving. * * Languages: * Fluent in French; English is a plus. * Calendar * Starting date: Between January & April 2026 Duration : 6 months * How does the recruitment process work? * The recruitment process takes place in two stages after receiving your appliction : * Analysis of your CV * Technical interview with Manager: Last step of the process you are almost there !
