What will you be doing? Youll be stepping into a leadership role on each placement whether that be a Team Leader, Shift Manager or Warehouse Manager. Youll have a team, daily accountabilities and exposure to everything you need to become a leader of the future. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities . Youll be an integral part of the operation, with responsibilities that could include: Running your own shift and leading your frontline teams Working with the team to support the customer relationship and solving real-time issues Working and supporting our drivers to overcome road or delivery point challenges *can you reword or add in a line re warehouse operations please Supporting the wellbeing and performance of your team Contributing to key projects in sustainability, continuous improvement, and new site launches Were looking for people who get stuck in and say yes to learning, challenges, and personal growth.
