Were now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Estates team and lead the delivery of complex, high-value capital projects. Some of the benefits - Salary of £49,492 - £58,226 (dependent on experience) - Flexible working - 26 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays - Outstanding pension scheme (contributions of up to 16% of basic salary) - Life assurance - Health and dental cashplan option Your role As a Senior Project Manager, youll take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple construction and infrastructure projects, often running simultaneously. Youll ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards all while supporting the RNLIs lifesaving goals. Your work will span the full project lifecycle, from scoping and procurement through to handover and benefits realisation. Youll manage contractors and consultants, maintain cost and risk management processes, and ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and other relevant regulations. The RNLI operates its lifesaving service around the coast in the UK and Ireland, and there is a requirement for the Senior Project Manager to undertake travel throughout these areas, dependent on project locations. About you Were looking for someone with: - A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Studies, or equivalent experience. - A recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM). - Significant experience and proven success in leading and delivering multiple complex construction or infrastructure projects, ideally with budgets of £3m. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and inspire others. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence to engage at all levels, including executive. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. It would also be an advantage if you are Chartered or Incorporated with a professional body such as RICS, CIOB, ICE, or working towards this. So as a Senior Project Manager, youll have the chance to lead high-profile projects in a unique environment, working alongside a supportive and passionate team. This post requires a valid driving licence.
