Job Description
Your missions, with the support of a Team Leader, will be:- Develop your own customer portfolio, like an entrepreneur you manage your entire commercial relationship, from prospecting to appointments, from negotiation to loyalty;- Position yourself as a provider of solutions to your candidates and your clients: expert in your environment, you have an advisory role to best guide your recruitment missions.- Make our candidates and clients smile after having met their respective expectations;- Source and interview candidates specializing in your field in order to understand their research and position them with our French-speaking and English-speaking clients.The Profile we are looking for;- Graduate of a university degree, BAC in Business Administration, or HR or equivalent- Bilingual French and English- Rigor and ability to meet tight deadlines- Great interpersonal skills- Very strong taste for challenge and constant surpassing oneself
