Overview Monks is seeking a passionate and analytically-minded Data & Insight Analyst with a focus on Organic Social Media to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, analyzing and providing insights for organic social media strategies. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong analytical skills, business sense, communication skills, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Provide expertise in measurement and analytics of organic social media campaigns, channel optimization, and reporting Develop and own dashboards and reports that track OKRs and KPIs Work across multiple client accounts to ensure the best delivery and results in various organic social media campaigns Continuously provide insights to internal teams and clients based on data analysis of organic social media performance Benchmark and measure organic social media activities and influencer marketing initiatives Conduct daily, weekly and monthly data/intelligence reviews with project teams, providing strategic recommendations for continual improvement in organic social media performance Translate strategic recommendations for digital experiences into actionable items Collaborate with other marketing account leads to ensure alignment of strategies across all channels Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies Utilize social media analytics tools Conduct extensive audience and platform research to inform organic social media strategies for clients Process, analyze, and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities Collaborate with other team members on research, content creation, and optimization efforts Background & Skills 2 years of experience in a data analytics or insights role within a digital agency environment Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively tell data stories to both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to work autonomously across multiple projects, with limited oversight. Proficiency in using social analytics tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Emplifi, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Khoros, Unmetric) Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Python, SQL, and Google Looker Studio is a plus Experience working with complex data sets and extracting actionable insights Strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Advanced or Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Join the Monks Team At Monks, you\'ll have the opportunity to work with a global network of talented professionals, collaborating on organic social media projects for our clients.
