In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Support the IT team with day-to-day tasks and troubleshooting technical issues. Log, track, and update IT support requests and incidents accurately. Learn to resolve technical problems while delivering excellent customer service. Assist with small-scale IT projects and system upgrades. Help ensure compliance with technology policies and data protection regulations, including GDPR. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge Grade 5 in English & Grade 4 in Maths A genuine interest in IT, computing, and technology. A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills. Good communication and organisational abilities. Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and general IT concepts (training will be provided). Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently. Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Salary, Hours?&?Benefits: Monday - Friday 8.30 AM - 4.30 PM (37.5 hours pw) £ 14,722.00 - £18,000 Per annum 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (32 total). Afterwards, well support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification. Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT. Youll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments.
