The Role We are looking for a motivated and logical individual to join our expanding team as a Junior Data & Systems Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional to develop skills in data management, IT systems, and project financial support. The successful candidate will work closely with project, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure that key project data, reporting, and reviews are delivered accurately and on time. Main Duties The Junior Data & Systems Analyst will be responsible for: * Supporting project and purchasing teams with supplier and invoice queries in Airtable. * Updating and maintaining project financial data across multiple live projects. * Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of monthly project review meetings. * Producing and circulating company KPI reports. * Troubleshooting system queries and learning to resolve Airtable workflow issues. * Maintaining accurate data records and supporting process improvements. The Individual – Skills and Attributes * Logical and analytical with strong attention to detail. * Eager to learn and develop within project, finance, and IT systems. * Confident using Excel, including formulas and lookups. * Organised and proactive, able to manage regular deadlines. * Good communicator, comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience * Degree, apprenticeship, or vocational qualification in Tech, Business, Finance, Maths, Engineering, or another logical discipline. * Strong Excel skills essential. * Interest in databases, systems, and process improvement. * No prior industry experience required – full training and support provided.
