Learning Support Assistants x4 - Lisburn and Downpatrick

Four Learning Support Assistants required to work with our client the South Eastern Regional College across 2 campuses based in Lisburn and Downpatrick areas. These posts will start immediately and will end on the 26th of June 2026. These posts will be up to 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am-3pm with an hourly pay rate of £13.84 . In this role, you will be providing specialist disability support to students with specific learning difficulties and disabilities in both a classroom and a one-to-one basis. You will be required to engage and support students to overcome specific barriers to learning including personal and other welfare issues. What We Need From You GCSEs in English language and mathematics at Grade C or above (or equivalent) Experience supporting people with disabilities/additional needs. Be willing to undergo an enhanced Access NI check.
