In this role, you'll support a caseload of apprentices working towards Engineering qualifications. You'll be responsible for teaching, assessing, coaching and mentoring apprentices in both workplace and classroom environments, preparing them for end point assessments and ensuring they achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline such as machining, inspection, technical support or maintenance, and be passionate about training and mentoring others. A driving licence and flexibility to travel locally are required.
