QualWorld is an independent fieldwork agency specializing in qualitative market research for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry . QualWorld was founded in 2014 by a team of five veterans of the pharmaceutical market research industry. QualWorld is a boutique fieldwork agency with industry-unique global capabilities. Our 40 experts located in 12 countries around the world offer global field solutions to your qualitative research needs, paired with in-depth local expertise. The company is French, with global headquarters in Sorbiers (42) (QualWorld SAS), an affiliate in the United States (QualWorld USA Inc., in Charlotte, NC), and another affiliate in Asia (QualWorld Asia Limited in Hong Kong). 40 staff members across 14 countries. 12 employees in France, the remaining 28 in Europe (UK, Lithuania, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Sweden), the Americas (USA, Brazil), and Asia (Hong Kong, China, and India). QualWorld has successfully hired several apprentices since 2014 (undergraduates and graduates). Several of which remained with QualWorld after their apprenticeship. Mission description : This is a position for a remote apprentice located anywhere in France with a passion for multi-cultural and international environments. Responsible for supporting the project management team with qualitative field operations of international healthcare market research studies , and for delivering high quality service to the client on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing custom-designed qualitative studies at the international level . This includes coordinating internal resources and external partners for facility, fieldwork, and translations. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing global qualitative projects: tele-depth and in-person depth interviews, focus groups, online bulletin boards, online focus groups and online in-depth interviews Coordination of recruitment efforts, using internal panel in priority as well as all other necessary internal and external resources Liaising with existing and new health medical professionals and patients over the phone and via email Programming screeners and sending invitations to potential respondents Screening respondents over the phone and via email Confirming and reminding respondents over the phone and via email Supervising recruiters, moderators and analysts working on assigned projects If needed, obtain bids from field partners and recommend vendors Build and maintain effective working relationships with these field partners and clients Provide solid working relationships with clients/moderators/researchers Monitor the quality, productivity, and accuracy of all field work, and update the client about the fielding progress (quotas, timeline, etc.) Proactively identify issues that need attention during fieldwork and suggest solutions to the client Ensuring budgets are met, quality and timing targets on projects are achieved and incentive payments as well as invoices are raised in timely manners Essential qualifications, experience and skills: Fluent in English and in German Experience in culturally diverse working environments Experience in (or interest for) healthcare Organized / details-focused yet ability to multitask Client-oriented Strong sense of ownership Motivated by challenges Independent (able to take decisions on their own), but strong team player Able and willing to work in an international environment Excellent communication skills Reactive and flexible Ability to manage own planning
