This role is critical to driving growth by attracting, engaging, and hiring the best talent across North America and international markets.Job SummaryAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and outreach to placement, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You'll design and execute creative recruitment strategies, manage multiple concurrent roles, and build talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning. You'll also collaborate closely with HR and cross-functional teams to strengthen culture and enhance the employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionDevelop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet evolving business needs.Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.Conduct interviews and assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.Leverage multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job portals, social media) to source top-tier talent.Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Partner with external recruitment agencies, including overseas partners, to support international hiring.Source and recruit for diverse roles across Canada, the U.S., and select international markets.Stay informed on legal hiring requirements across regions to ensure compliance.Manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and timeliness.Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (BambooHR Talent Portal).HR & Cross-Functional SupportShare market intelligence and innovative recruitment strategies with internal teams.Collaborate with the HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations.Support corporate culture through team-building and engagement initiatives.Manage the Careers inbox and maintain applicant tracking records.Assist with additional HR-related projects as assigned by leadership.Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.2-5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in the home goods/furniture industry.Proven success in meeting recruitment targets and managing multiple open roles (Canada, U.S., and overseas).Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, and industry standards.Hands-on experience with BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS platforms.Familiarity with passive recruiting, succession planning, and long-term career mapping.Exposure to international recruitment (Vietnam/other overseas markets) is an asset.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.HR-minded perspective with strong intuition in identifying cultural fit.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, business casual, and collaborative environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel occasionally within North America and overseas.Why Join Us?Be part of a growing, global company at the forefront of design and innovation.Work in a collaborative, supportive environment that values creativity and initiative.Opportunity to broaden your expertise with international hiring and cross-border recruitment.Play a key role in shaping the team and culture of a fast-expanding organization.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
