About Innovative Bath & DecorInnovative Bath & Decor is a growing company specializing in the design and distribution of bathroom and interior decor products for the North American market. Our strength lies in our ability to deliver distinctive, well-designed, and high-quality products by working closely with our international partners.Your RoleReporting directly to the Executive Vice President, you will play a strategic role in coordinating the development of new products. You will act as the key link between our Chambly office and our team in Asia, ensuring innovation, quality, and competitiveness across our product portfolio.Main Responsibilities- Support product development in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.- Research and evaluate suppliers based on product features, quality, and production capacity.- Ensure product compliance with North American standards and certifications.- Coordinate the sampling process: reception, evaluation, and feedback.- Analyze pricing, negotiate purchasing terms, and verify MOQs.- Maintain regular communication with teams in Asia to ensure timelines and standards are met.- Support the sales team by preparing product sheets, promotional tools, and presentations.Profile Sought- College diploma (DEC) minimum, in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, engineering, etc.).- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role or in a related field linked to consumer products and the retail industry.- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously.- Experience in international sourcing, product development, or logistics coordination is a strong asset.- Detail-oriented, autonomous, resourceful, and team-oriented.What We Offer- A key and rewarding role in a fast-growing company.- A competitive salary based on your qualifications and experience.- A dynamic and collaborative work environment focused on results.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A position where your ideas matter and you make a direct impact.Apply NowIf you are passionate about consumer products, international coordination, and want to be part of building something meaningful in a dynamic company, please send your resume and cover letter to hr@innovbathdecor.com
