Nightshift Operations Manager

What the role involves: Leading and managing all nightshift warehouse activities, including staff supervision and security. Ensuring accurate receipt, sorting, and dispatch of freight. Maintaining compliance with loading/offloading procedures and proper stock handling. Performing final trailer checks and managing shift documentation. Coaching and guiding the nightshift team to achieve operational targets. What were looking for: Proven nightshift management experience in logistics, transport, or warehousing non-negotiable. Over 4 years experience in operations or logistics roles. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
