Senior Product Manager

About GovTech & the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help drive the next-generation social service case management platform that empowers caseworkers and community partners to deliver coordinated, holistic, and efficient support to families in need. within the platform — shaping requirements, driving delivery, and ensuring adoption. You will work closely with policy, operations, engineering, and vendor teams to make sure the product meets user needs, delivers measurable impact, and aligns with our strategic priorities.Conduct user research, workshops, and data analysis to define requirements. Work with designers and engineers to design, test, and deliver impactful features. Facilitate requirements gathering, feedback loops, and adoption activities. Ensure features meet security, compliance, and performance requirements Work with QA teams to support testing and release readiness. Qualifications Experience delivering large-scale IT systems, ideally in case management, social services, or enterprise SaaS platforms. Working knowledge of Salesforce or other low-code platforms is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong product sense, backlog management, prioritisation, and delivery execution skills.Experience working directly with engineers, designers, and multiple stakeholder groups. Skilled in translating strategy into actionable requirements. Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and modern product development tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Singapore’s social service ecosystem and processes. Experience in inter-agency systems integration or government digital services.
