Senior Graphic Designer – E-Commerce Ads for Pet Supplement Brand

Pure Paw Labs is a fast-growing pet wellness brand on a mission to improve the health and happiness of dogs everywhere. We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with proven experience in creating high-performing static ads for Facebook, Instagram, and Google. What You’ll Do: Design compelling, conversion-focused static ad creatives for e-commerce campaigns (primary focus). Create complementary social media content such as carousels, story graphics, and feed posts. Translate marketing briefs into visually engaging designs that stop scrolls and drive clicks. Collaborate with the CEO and marketing team to test, optimize, and scale winning ad concepts. Ensure brand consistency across all ad and social design outputs. What We’re Looking For: - 4 years of experience in graphic design (with a strong portfolio in DTC e-commerce ads). - Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma. Has knowledge of AI tools to help improve output. - Understanding of marketing and best practices for static ads. - Ability to create short video ads (3-5 seconds) based on static ads by animating the elements in the ad. - Ability to balance brand consistency with creative experimentation. - Detail-oriented, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
