What You'll Be Doing: In this role, you'll work under our Landscape Install Division Leader to help complete a variety of outdoor installation projects. Youll be hands-on, outside, and working with a solid crew that knows how to get things done while keeping the atmosphere positive. You dont need tons of experiencejust a great attitude and a willingness to learn. Some of the jobs youll help with: Mulch installation Stump grinding Land grading and prep Turf (artificial or sod) installation River rock and gravel bed installs General landscape cleanup and detail work What Were Looking For: Someone who enjoys physical, outdoor work Previous landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and take direction Good attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Able to lift 50 lbs and work in different weather conditions Valid drivers license and reliable transportation are a plus What We Offer: Hourly pay based on experience Steady, full-time work with opportunities for overtime A fun, supportive team where your hard work is appreciated On-the-job training and room to grow within the company The satisfaction of seeing a project come together from start to finish
