Digital Marketing Executive

Role: Digital Marketing Executive Location: Stevenage Salary: Up to £32k (DOE) I'm supporting a well-established FMCG business in Stevenage who are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing in-house marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a consumer-focused brand, managing digital campaigns and e-commerce activity that directly impact sales and brand growth. The Role: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and search Manage and optimise e-commerce platforms (Shopify / Amazon) to maximise online sales Work with the wider team to deliver engaging content for social media and digital channels Assist in managing PPC and paid social campaigns in collaboration with the agency Monitor campaign performance, using Google Analytics / GA4 and reporting on KPIs Help coordinate influencer collaborations and brand partnerships Keep up to date with digital marketing and FMCG trends to bring fresh ideas About You: 1-2 years' experience in a digital marketing role (FMCG/consumer brand experience a bonus) Strong knowledge of social media management, email marketing, and content creation Comfortable using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CMS platforms Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar e-commerce systems A creative thinker with excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once What's on Offer: Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience Opportunity to work with a fast-growing FMCG brand Career development with training and support from a collaborative marketing team Staff discounts and other perks
