We are supporting a professional services business, based in West Yorkshire, which is seeking a new L&D Manager to help design, create, deliver and evaluate the impact of their global annual learning plan. With budget responsibility for the global learning budget, and supported by a small team, you will lead the development of innovative, strategic learning projects including apprenticeship levy and early careers programmes. This role plays an essential part in the evolution of our clients business and will require you to act as a manager of change, driving employee engagement, operational excellence and capability across the organisation of c 1000 employees. About You An experienced Learning Practitioner, you can demonstrate significant experience of building learning plans and programmes including early careers frameworks. You are a subject matter expert in change capability and are comfortable operating up to Exec level. You will bring significant coaching experience and/or a relevant qualification. You enjoy working in a professional, corporate environment. What you need to know Our client is looking to hire somebody who can work across 5 days although there is flexibility to work from home (the ideal balance would be 3 days per week in the office/ 2 from home).
