Product Insights Specialist

Overview Were looking for a Product Insights Specialist to join a fast-growing, innovative digital platform provider working with some of the biggest names in media. Youll play a key role in shaping product strategy, delivering actionable insights, and improving the end-user experience across a portfolio of mobile and digital products. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a forward-thinking product team, combining analytics, product thinking, and user behaviour to help build smarter, more impactful products. Key Responsibilities Define success metrics and measurement requirements for new features and product initiatives Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement Share insights to support data-led decision-making across product and design teams Champion analytics best practices and tools across the business Own and manage end-to-end product tracking and analytics documentation Act as product owner for internal insights tools, ensuring they meet evolving needs Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear, data-informed answers Occasionally work with customers to ensure their tracking requirements are supported About You Strong analytical background with a passion for using data to inform decisions Experience with self-serve analytics platforms (e.g. Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude) Confident interpreting behavioural data and turning it into actionable insights Skilled in data visualisation and communicating findings clearly Able to collaborate with stakeholders across varying levels of technical understanding Familiarity with digital products ideally mobile apps and the management thereof Proactive, outcome-focused and comfortable working independently Whats on Offer Work with leading global media brands Flexible hybrid working with shorter hours on Wednesdays and Fridays Healthcare options and wellbeing support Training, development and conference budgets Team socials and volunteering days Supportive and inclusive company culture that values kindness, creativity, and worklife balance
