Marketing Coordinator

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (MondayFriday, with occasional weekend/evening work) Location: Loanhead (must be able to commute or relocate) Start Date: Flexible immediate start available Contract: Permanent Were seeking a creative, organised, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to take the lead on driving brand growth and customer engagement across our catering services, cafés, and an exclusive venue partner. This is a varied and hands-on role where youll be involved in everything from strategic planning to content creation and campaign delivery. What Youll Do Plan & Deliver Campaigns Develop and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with seasonal promotions and company objectives. Social Media Management Run channels across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Linked In, creating engaging and on-brand content. Paid Media & SEO Manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI, and keep websites optimised for search. Content Creation Produce compelling copy, photography, and video content for web, email, social, and print. Email Marketing Create, send, and analyse monthly newsletters to boost engagement. Brand Consistency & PR Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across all channels and leverage PR opportunities. Market Insight & Reporting Monitor performance, analyse competitor activity, and present marketing reports to senior management. Event Promotion Market events, capture content, and drive post-event engagement. About You At least 2 years experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, events, or venue promotion. Strong skills in social media strategy, paid ads, content creation, and copywriting. Confident in photography, videography, and editing. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and analytics tools. Creative thinker with a results-focused mindset.
