Internal Sales Engineer Variable Speed Drives £50k Bonus 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home Working West Midlands Our client is one of the largest electric motor manufacturers in the world producing more than 19 million units annually. They provide global solutions for electric motors, variable frequency drives, soft starters, controls, panels, transformers and generators. What youll do as a Sales Engineer: Prepare technical and commercial offers Deeply analyse customers specifications and propose technical solution Qualify and develop sales leads, proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, develop and implement a Sales Plan to achieve KPIs Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements, work closely with Development Sales Managers and Businesses Development Managers across Europe Support Sales team in technical meetings What youll need to be successful: Graduate Electrical Engineer or Technical Degree with proved experience in similar position 3 years B2B sales experience, preferably within Variable Speed Drives, Soft Starters, Switchboards market Experience with MV Drives, MV Soft Starters, Switchboards and Electrical Modules is a plus Ability to generate, follow and close sales opportunities Customer oriented profile This is an excellent opportunity to join a business who are well established internationally in their sector.
