Person Specification A graduate with a degree in Psychology, Speech and Language, Education, or related fields . Interest in speech and language therapy, SEN education, or child development . Experience supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential). Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills. A proactive team player, committed to helping students succeed.
