UX/UI Designer – E‑commerce & Conversion Temps plein | Basé à Cassis (13) Stage ou alternance accepté en fin d’études design, UX ou produit digital Madam Glam , marque DTC de beauté clean (vernis semi-permanents vegan & cruelty-free), recherche un(e) UX/UI Designer créatif(ve), analytique, et orienté(e) conversion pour optimiser l’expérience client sur notre boutique en ligne. Tu travailleras en lien direct avec le COO, l’équipe e-commerce, marketing et data pour analyser le comportement des visiteurs, proposer des améliorations UX/UI à tester, et concevoir les interfaces qui amélioreront le parcours d’achat et les taux de conversion. Missions principales Analyse UX & parcours client Suivre les performances UX (taux de rebond, abandon panier, conversion mobile/desktop…) Identifier les points de friction sur le site (Shopify) grâce aux données analytics, heatmaps, retours clients Proposer des hypothèses d’amélioration et les traduire en recommandations actionnables A/B Testing & CRO Créer des variantes UX à A/B tester (ex : pages produits, filtres, navigation mobile…) Collaborer avec l’équipe data pour tester, analyser et prioriser les changements qui maximisent la conversion ✏️ Design UI & mockups Créer des maquettes haute fidélité (Figma) pour les pages produit, panier, abonnement, fiches routine, etc. Suivre la cohérence visuelle et la charte de la marque Être force de proposition pour enrichir l’univers de marque tout en servant la performance ✅ Profil recherché Formation en design, UX, ou équivalent Maîtrise de Figma et des outils de prototypage / design system Bonne compréhension des enjeux e-commerce et conversion Capacité à exploiter des insights utilisateurs (Google Analytics, Hotjar, feedbacks client) Curiosité, rigueur, sens du détail et de l’esthétique Un plus : connaissance de Shopify ou de l’environnement DTC Ce que nous offrons Un poste stratégique au sein d’une marque internationale en forte croissance Forte autonomie, environnement agile & bienveillant Accès à toutes les données, liberté de test, et impact direct sur le business Possibilité d’évolution rapide (Lead UX, Product Owner…) Candidature : envoie ton CV quelques projets Figma (ou Behance, PDF…) à jobs@madamglam.com UX/UI Designer – E-commerce & Conversion Full-Time | On-Site in Cassis, France (13) Internships or final-year students welcome (Design, UX, or Digital Product focus) Madam Glam , a fast-growing clean beauty brand (vegan, 21-free & cruelty-free gel polish), is looking for a UX/UI Designer who’s both creative and data-driven to help us improve website performance and customer experience. You’ll work closely with the COO, e-commerce, marketing, and data teams to analyze user behavior, propose UX solutions, run A/B tests, and design high-performing interfaces.
