About The Role In this role you will build and manage the relationship, ensure retention, develop advocacy and optimise the commercial business between Converge and small to medium state and national business & enterprise customers (including SMB). Along with identifying, winning and growing new key government, health and education customer opportunities. You will be in a leading role contributing to B&E and Customer Relationships planning. These outcomes will be achieved through excellent operational management, strong relationships and engagement with the partner organisation, sharing of insights and opportunity identification within and across the entire Converge portfolio, solution selling techniques, internal collaboration, proposal development and follow up, strong negotiation skills and a consistent track record of delivery to (and above) expectations. As the Senior Client Success Manager, you will demonstrate very strong collaboration skills working closely with not only the national GH&E team, but also (as required) across all parts of the internal Converge organisation. Duties Include Build and manage the customer relationships to ensure retention, and optimise the commercial business between Converge and a large suite of medium sized - large businesses Proactive & positive leadership as member of B&E team Identify, win and grow new key B&E customer opportunities. Cross business engagement and collaboration Ability to deliver growth, business planning, negotiation Engagement across all departments of the customer organisation (match Converge product / solution suite) Tactical customer planning (monthly/quarterly) Market analysis and opportunity identification Execution of periodic customer campaigns Customer retention planning About You You will be an accomplished senior account/business management professional with a history of growing account relationships in a face-to-face sales environment. To be successful in this role, you will have these skills, attributes and experience: Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience Minimum 5 years’ experience working with large local, state and national government organisations Very strong national B2B customer and sales experience Strong technical skills in delivering growth, business planning and problem solving Demonstrated success of performance within high change environments Expertise in operational excellence Ability to deliver growth, strong negotiating and problem-solving skills Willingness to partner with internal stakeholders to achieve strong organisational outcomes is a must Experience in Allied Health or Human Resources would be highly regarded This role involves travel to metropolitan and regional locations.
