About the Role: A Nationally established law firm is looking for a Senior Associate for their Abuse Law practice situated in Dandenong. Conditions for Success : Minimum 4 Years PQE practising as an Australian Lawyer with a Bachelor of Laws and experience in Family Law, Criminal or Personal Injury with specific exposure gained working on Abuse Law matters Professional Acumen - proactive, innovative and outcome-focused approach Enthusiastic and desire to get stuck into novel and complex projects You must be committed to working collaboratively with your team to achieve the best outcome for the client. Your Responsibilities : Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome. Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication. Draft relevant legal documents for cases. Keep in view the wider perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases. Take on a leadership role through mentoring and guiding junior colleagues. Manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail.
