Transaction Manager

What this opportunity involves: In proud partnership with Australia Post, JLL is seeking a Transaction Manager to join us in shaping the future of parcel delivery across Australia. You will drive the strategic expansion of the parcel locker network through innovative partnerships and transactional excellence. Whilst this is a hybrid role, please note that you are required to attend the office in Richmond at least 3 days a week. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential of an extension or conversion. Key Responsibilities: Drive network expansion through strategic partnerships with property owners, managers, and occupiers Identify and engage key stakeholders across government and private investment sectors Coordinate lease and license documentation with paralegal teams to meet established KPIs Conduct market analysis and asset due diligence to inform strategic leasing decisions Lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders and commercial partners Collaborate with Operations teams to drive transactional outcomes and implementation of new parcel lockers Manage Salesforce platform and provide comprehensive pipeline reporting Transform complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making Monitor market dynamics and provide strategic recommendations on expansion opportunities Key Skills and Requirement: Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration 5 years in transaction management and leasing (logistics or real estate preferred) Strong analytical and data management capabilities Advanced negotiation and communication skills Cross-functional collaboration experience with technical teams Proficiency in CRM systems and project management software What you can expect from us: Great employee discounts off fitness, wellbeing & other renowned bands Private Health Insurance Discounts Employee assistant program Novated Lease for EV cars Paid time off for volunteer work Career Opportunities with Australia's 1 Commercial Real Estate firm Premium offices Hybrid / flexible working About us: At JLL, we see a Brighter Way forward for our clients, our people, our planet, and our communities.
