What this opportunity involves: Are you a skilled property management professional looking to advance your career with a global leader in commercial real estate? JLL is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join our Property Management team in Victoria, responsible for delivering exceptional service across our commercial property portfolio. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and tenant relations for assigned commercial real estate properties. This role includes managing Owners Corporation responsibilities for two commercial properties, demonstrating our commitment to comprehensive multi-asset portfolio management. An overview of the role: Financial Management Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and capital expenditure plans Monitor monthly financial performance and provide detailed variance analysis Oversee rent collection, accounts receivable, and delinquency management Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement efficiency measures Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports for ownership Tenant Relations & Leasing Support Maintain exceptional tenant relationships as the primary operational contact Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and space modifications Process work orders and service requests promptly Support leasing activities and maintain properties to tour-ready standards Manage tenant retention initiatives and provide renewal negotiation support Administer all licences including car park and storage licences Oversee lease assignments and market rent reviews Property Operations & Compliance Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities Maintain accurate property records and tenant documentation Ensure insurance compliance and coordinate claims processing Implement emergency procedures and business continuity plans Support sustainability initiatives and energy management programmes Sound like you?
