About You Minimum Year 10 High School Certificate Demonstrated high levels of initiative and self-motivation Good mathematical and mechanical skills and an enjoyment for technical work A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to learn and develop. Current driver’s licence and a strong safety mindset.
