The Role Our Retail Management team is renowned for providing exceptional management services to a leading national retail landlord with centres across Australia. In this role, you will oversee a shopping centre based in West End in Brisbane. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with tenant retailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented, ensuring a safe and inviting destination for customers. We are looking for someone with their Full Real Estate license for this role. Key Responsibilities Provide support to the client in administering the terms of all leases. Assist the client to maintain an up-to-date tenancy schedule and calendar of significant events. Regular Inspection of the Centre/s to ensure the highest level of housekeeping together with the co-ordination of any works (as required). Establishing and maintaining liaison with all tenants and occupiers of the Centre to ensure their satisfaction. Provide recommendations to the Facilities Manager for maintenance works and Capital Expenditure Attend regular client management meetings and conference calls. Provide a weekly summary report on Tenant Performance and Feedback and Property Presentation Who are we looking for? A minimum of 2 years previous experience in the Property Industry in Retail Property Management/Centre Management. Relevant degree, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property) preferred. Full Real Estate License (Mandatory). Current Drivers Licence (Mandatory). Knowledge of Centre operations. Strong organisational and time management skills. Customer centric approach. Strong communicator (verbal and written). Proactive and flexible. Not the perfect fit?
