PLANT OPERATOR – GRADER/ TEAM LEADER (Permanent) The purpose of this role is to operate a grader and lead a small crew while performing Council’s road construction and maintenance operations and activities in a safe, economical and proficient manner. Also manage and maintain team vehicles, plant equipment and develop and promote operational skills of team members. Qualifications: The successful applicant will require a current Australian HR truck licence and a General Construction Induction training card. Also have the ability to operate and maintain a Grader, maintain and manage team transport and other plant to manufacturers’ specifications. Salary and conditions: Annual salary range $69,735.12 to $76,703.12 (Grade 9), Plus Superannuation and Rostered day off once a fortnight.
