Job Description About the Role… The primary purpose of this position is for the Workplace Mentor to engage, support and provide guidance to Australian Apprentices and Employers, primarily in the workplace, to improve the retention rate of Australian Apprentices overall. In this role, the Workplace Mentor will be required to engage with employers and apprentices, formally or informally, who may be having difficulties with the apprenticeship relationship, and any other relevant stakeholders who require assistance. This role will require regular and daily travel in order for the Workplace Mentor to be able to successfully support all relevant stakeholders. This role is full time, fixed term until June 2026 with possibility of extension, based working from home in the Ipswich Region with the ability to travel when required throughout the region.
