Job Description

Minimum requirements: To provide administrative and coordination support to the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) team. This role ensures smooth operation of SHE compliance processes and helps maintain a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. Grade 12 / Matric. SAMTRAC certification or a Diploma in Safety Management (or equivalent). Valid drivers licence. Minimum 5 7 years experience in a SHEQ administrative role within mining, construction, or similar high-risk industry. Proven Knowledge of SHEQ legislation (OHS Act, Environmental Regulations, Construction Regulations). Strong report writing and documentation capabilities. Experience with Passport 360 System (advantageous). Knowledge of Safety File Compilation, Approval with Clients and Maintenance. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Highly detail-oriented, organised, and proactive. Strong time-management and stakeholder-engagement skills. Ability to work effectively independently and in a team. Strong administration skills. Passport 360(PP360) experience required Medically fit for site requirements.
