Job Description

Overview Join to apply for the Boutique Manager role at Buccellati . With the retail expansion in Singapore, we are looking for a Boutique Manager capable of driving the store’s success as part of our retail team in Singapore. As an Ambassador of Buccellati Maison, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of the boutique performance and profitability by ensuring excellence in boutique operations and in delivering the best client service and experience. Reporting to the Retail Area Manager, you will coach and develop the boutique sales team, convey the Maison’s brand DNA, craftsmanship and innovation in all creations, and promote Buccellati brand image and identity following Company directives. You will focus on Boutique Operations Management and contribute to sales growth, client service, team leadership and brand stewardship. Responsibilities Participate in boutique management and achievement of commercial KPIs Train the boutique team to follow and implement boutique standard operating procedures Be responsible for stock and cashier through staff management, ensuring stock integrity, monitoring inventory and boutique cash flow Ensure appearance and maintenance of the boutique Ensure compliance with policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain profitability Implement daily, weekly and monthly reporting Sales & Customer Service: Ensure sales growth, maximize boutique sales and contribute to sales targets Support the boutique team in providing client service in accordance with Maison standards, identify customer needs and demonstrate product knowledge to cultivate client relationships Manage after-sales activities, respect discount policy, handle customer inquiries and complaints Develop sales strategy and action plan to grow sales Team Management: Supervise personnel, hire and advise the boutique team on projects and operations Motivate the team around the Maison’s strategy and vision Foster a cooperative working climate to maximize morale and productivity Coach colleagues in operations, sales and training Manage year-end appraisals and development of career paths Qualifications 8–10 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in luxury jewelry/watchmaking, with 2 years in a supervisory role Qualification/training in watches & jewelry; knowledge of diamond grading and design Gemology qualification is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage and support a diverse, regional client base Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities Attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales, Business Development, and Administrative Industries: Retail, Luxury Goods and Jewelry J-18808-Ljbffr
