Job Description Build solid relationships with end users and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience Identify challenges that customers would encounter and recommend solutions for end users Attend to end users’ daily enquiries such as handset pricing, billing and handset familiarization Take stock of the onsite Mobile handset inventory Collate monthly sales report and attend weekly sales meeting Communicate and work closely with M1 Indoor Sales Support, 4C & Customer Service Operations to enable sales activities Manage customer email/portal updates Create PowerPoint slides to indicate weekly job activities Create ticket for user when required Update and close customer system ticket Key in all ticket data into customer Excel Update and follow up with user on the outcome for problem that user face Attend to network problems/installation of antenna at customer sites when needed Create invoice and upload PO in Taulia apps for payment Upload end-users contact details on social media portal, Yammer Job Requirements Minimum a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is an advantage. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related role is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve customer challenges effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory and report management. Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
