Permanent employee - Full time | Cinisello Balsamo, MI (Italy) About us The global platform for buying dream bikes: Italian marketplace of high-end bicycles, with a hybrid business model (E-Commerce: buying and reselling second-hand bicycles, mostly from World Tour teams, and Marketplace, where stores sign up to publish and sell their inventory). The role We aim to bring our customers the best experience by offering top-notch products and a unique digital experience. We're seeking a creative and autonomous Visual Content Creator to join our team and help bring our brand vision to life across all digital platforms. You'll drive our visual storytelling, from photographing bikes in our studio to designing graphics for our website and social media channels. This role requires a blend of photography, content creation, basic graphic design skills, and the ability to work autonomously and collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams. Responsibilities Shoot high-quality product images in our studio, ensuring they showcase our bikes and accessories in the best light. Capture dynamic and engaging photos for social media content, including lifestyle shots, behind-the-scenes, and promotional imagery. Utilize available resources in our headquarters (and outside) to create impactful visuals, transforming everyday materials into engaging digital content. Edit and retouch assets to align with Bikeroom’s visual style. Create basic graphics for the website, product pages, and promotional banners. Design eye-catching content for social media platforms, newsletters, and digital ads. Contribute to our editorial calendar for social media channels (focusing on Instagram, YouTube, and Strava) and implement and develop the strategy for launching new social media platforms. Analyze and report on organic social media performance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the brand’s voice and visual presence are consistent across all touchpoints. Required qualifications Strong photography skills with an eye for detail and composition. Strong passion for graphic design and desire to learn and grow in this field. Basic skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva). Experience in managing social media accounts and creating content tailored to different platforms. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively both in a team and independently. Good organizational and time management skills. Positive attitude and openness to feedback and continuous learning. A portfolio showcasing your photography, digital assets, and graphic design work is ideal.
