Grid Automation Europe Channel Sales Manager F/H Join to apply for the Grid Automation Europe Channel Sales Manager F/H role at GE Vernova. Overview The Grid Automation Europe Channel Sales Manager will leverage expertise in sales management and leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for channel partners, driving business growth for the full Grid Automation portfolio in Europe. The role will lead and manage Channel Partners (rep’s, distributors, resellers) through clear definition of performance metrics, compensation plans, and roles and responsibilities while promoting best practices to build a strong sales pipeline. This role collaborates with sub-region sales leaders and Europe Sales Leaders to set strategies and targets and ensure effective relationships with the Channels. The role reports directly to the GA Europe Sales Leader. Responsibilities Develop and manage a high-performing network of channel partners – sales reps, distributors, and value-added resellers – to grow the Grid Automation portfolio Ensure partners are enabled, aligned, and compliant with GE Vernova Grid Automation strategy for targeted markets Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners in Europe and manage Partnership Agreements contractually Define and execute sales strategies based on markets and economic environment to drive growth Evaluate channel partner performance using KPIs such as order growth, forecasting accuracy, product homologations, market coverage, and new account creation Collaborate with channel partners to identify and pursue growth opportunities within their geographic markets Work with channel partners and marketing teams to develop and track localized campaigns and lead generation Enable accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility using Salesforce and the Channel Partner Portal Conduct regular cadence calls/meetings with channel partners and organize quarterly business reviews and annual goal-setting sessions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college Fluent in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus Knowledge of electrical networks or related industries and ability to understand Grid Automation products and applications Experience (5 years) in managing sales reps, resellers, and/or distribution networks; pricing, costs, and product accounting; analytical skills Experience in market analysis and developing commercial strategies to increase market penetration Ability to understand and improve processes in a matrix organization Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, customer focus, and enthusiasm Willingness and ability to travel ~25% of the time Desired Characteristics Strong strategic planning, partner development, and leadership skills Ability to lead through influence, communication, and collaboration Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills Adaptability to work with different organizations and business models to maximize growth Familiarity with Salesforce, reporting, and forecasting Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industries: Electric Power Generation J-18808-Ljbffr
