R&D Technical Expert - Fluid Dynamic & Aeroacoustics Engineer Join to apply for the R&D Technical Expert - Fluid Dynamic & Aeroacoustics Engineer role at Johnson Electric. The holder of this position will be the technical reference inside the Advanced Engineering division for fluid dynamics and acoustics design. They support RFQ and product development through specific knowledge and expertise to achieve advanced design of cooling fan modules that meet quality, timing, and cost targets, with the final objective of customers' satisfaction and the company\'s profitability. Your responsibilities will be to: Develop new products (fan, shroud fluid, acoustic design) targeted to performance and cost, and investigate new technical solutions Design new cooling fan modules for the automotive products group Design new products for different markets (e.g., industrial/home ventilation products) Optimize performance, acoustics, and weight of Johnson Electric products Support product development for fluid dynamics and acoustic issues Develop new design methodologies using state-of-the-art theory, numerical analysis tools, and DOE/Optimization tools (for Cooling Fan and new ventilation products) Work proactively and autonomously to create new concepts and capture new markets and business opportunities Our requirements: University degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, preferably with a focus on Turbomachinery, Energetics, or Fluid Dynamics Professional experience of ideally more than 3 years in similar positions in the automotive or industrial sector; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply Relevant knowledge of fluid dynamics and acoustics Consolidated skills in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Knowledge of Python or other object-oriented programming Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural matrix organization Resourceful, highly analytical, proactive with strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in using AI-powered tools, particularly for software code generation Would be advantageous: Experience in Ansys CFD suite is considered a plus What we offer: Full-time, permanent contract Annual base salary based on experience A truly international and multicultural work context Opportunity to learn in a dynamic and complex environment If you are interested in this challenging position, please send your CV in English.
