EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's or Master's degree with excellent grades in economics, statistics, or engineering, with solid quantitative knowledge Experience and/or skills in ESG risk management, focusing on data collection, management, measurement, analysis, and reporting Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); programming skills (e.g., Python) are a plus Additional qualifying experience includes: Analysis of ESG regulatory environment and best practices for financial institutions Implementation of ESG disclosure standards (TCFD, TNFD, EU Taxonomy, EBA-ESG Pillar 3) Knowledge of banking regulatory reporting templates Understanding of sustainability reporting standards (NFRD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GRI, SASB) SOFT SKILLS: Strong communication and management skills Problem-solving and solution proposal capabilities Organizational and data processing skills Team-building abilities Excellent interpersonal skills (empathy, open-mindedness, flexibility) Fluent in English LOCATION: Bologna or Milan WHAT WE OFFER: We value our people highly, investing in their professional growth through comprehensive compensation packages, welfare programs, and benefits.
