About your role: Security Audits (internal and external): Assist in physical security audits, develop action plans for company facilities, and ensure their effective implementation through detailed monitoring. Support Internal Investigations: Support the team's internal investigations by gathering information, actively tracking ongoing cases, preparing documents, and assisting with interviews. Promote Security Training: Promote and proactively track the completion of online security training programs to enhance employee awareness and preparedness. Monitor the Implementation of Security Measures: Monitor and report on the implementation of security measures across all facilities, ensuring consistent application of protocols. Manage Security Incidents: Assist in identifying, evaluating, and managing security incidents, contributing to the development of effective response strategies. Evaluate Security Tools: Research and identify potential warning and management tools to enhance security incident prevention and response capabilities. Security Working Groups: Participate in security working groups focused on transportation security and related areas, contributing to the development of best practices. General Support: Provide general administrative and operational support to the Security Department, handling various tasks and projects related to security operations. Internships at LOEWE: You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university If you are from de UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit. Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays You’ll receive study support to the value of €800-900 gross per month as well as a daily lunch subsidy About you: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in pursuing a career in security, investigations, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Career Aspirations: Must be actively considering a career related to security, investigations, or something similar. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to explore these career paths. Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Must be comfortable preparing reports and presenting findings. Detail-Oriented and Quality-Focused: Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of pride in the quality of your work are essential. Language Proficiency: A high level of proficiency in both Spanish and English is required. Knowledge of French will be considered a significant advantage. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using all Microsoft Office programs, with a particularly high level of expertise in Excel. Knowledge of Power BI and open-source intelligence tools and procedures will be highly valued. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Proactive and Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
