Finance Data Performance Manager Hybrid | Basingstoke & Wembley (2 days/week) | Permanent £68,000 - £78,000 PA Benefits Practicus is supporting a reputed housing association with the search for a Finance Data Performance Manager . The role sits in the finance function but works closely with IT, driving better data usage, reducing reliance on spreadsheets, and enabling more effective decision-making across the organisation. You’ll be doing: Lead the transition from legacy finance systems to Workday and expand Power BI usage across the finance team Own and deliver finance data reporting and controls, bridging the gap between finance and IT Partner with finance directors and senior leaders to align priorities and build a unified data approach Manage a virtual team of Power BI champions, guiding best practice and embedding governance What we’re looking for: Strong finance background, Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent Post Graduate accounting qualification) Expertise in Power BI, DAX and SQL Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders Experience working with IT teams on data architecture and governance Self-starter with strong organisational skills and collaborative approach This is a high-profile role with scope to grow as their data landscape matures following Workday implementation.
