Role: Videographer & Editor Salary: £25-£29k Location: Tamworth (Onsite) About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and motivated individual to contribute to the development of high-impact video materials. This role offers hands-on involvement in all aspects of video production, from initial concept development and planning, through filming and post-production. The ideal candidate will have some professional experience or a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to produce polished video content for a variety of audiences, including promotional, educational, and product-related themes. Key Responsibilities: Plan, film, and edit video content for digital campaigns, social media, internal communications, and product presentations. Collaborate on larger video projects while managing smaller productions independently. Handle all aspects of post-production, including colour grading, audio, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. Assist with sourcing and editing visual assets as needed. Contribute to broader creative campaigns through multimedia support. Required Skills & Experience: Demonstrable experience (1–2 years) in video production and editing, or a portfolio that reflects equivalent capability. Proficiency in video and design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and sound recording. Solid grasp of video workflows, file formats, and encoding practices. Strong creative instincts for storytelling, composition, and pacing. Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously or within a creative team. Nice to Have: Familiarity with 3D or motion design tools like Cinema 4D or similar.
