You'll make an impact by Support a strategic change initiative to rethink and redesign our working model Collaborate on innovative concepts in talent management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Design engaging presentations, workshops, and learning materials Assist in planning and executing hybrid and virtual events Create content for newsletters, blog posts, and internal communications Take ownership of administrative tasks with attention to detail Your success is grounded in Education Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related field Experience & Skills Strong analytical and organizational capabilities Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel Creative and strategic thinker with strong communication skills Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience through working student positions or internships, preferably in larger consulting companies Languages You are fluent in both German and English You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
