We are looking for Apprentices to be trained in 2 years within Smart Infrastructure Buildings Area as Junior Sales Specialist in the following Siemens locations: Milan, Turin, Padua, Rome, Bologna, Florence. You’ll be supported by an experienced manager who will mentor you, helping you unlock your potential and shape a meaningful and sustainable career path. Responsibilities / Rotations Pre-sales: contribute to solution design and value engineering, shaping tailored proposals that translate complex requirements into valuable solutions. Sales: join the sales team during client visits to gain firsthand experience of customer interactions and positioning solutions effectively. Digital and Sustainability area: promote the Smart Infrastructure Buildings digital portfolio and enable the sales organization with value-selling approaches; gain exposure to sustainability initiatives and environmental goals. Develop technical and commercial expertise in our digital solutions through cross-functional rotations; support the deployment of innovative digital services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create valuable solutions and support go-to-market strategies. Requirements You are under 29 years of age. You are available to work from Milan HQ for the first year of the program. Recent graduate or about to graduate in Engineering or Economics; passion for technological innovation. Ideally, international study or internship experience. Proficiency in English and Italian; strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player. Ability to work in a changing environment and a willingness to travel nationally. Eligibility to work in Italy.
