What we are looking for Engineering Graduates - Military Aircraft Certification Support Join our client's team to support the Ministry of Defence in the certification/qualification activities for military aircraft Our client is a leading provider of public services and a trusted partner of European governments and international organizations specializing in space services With over 30 years of experience, the team provides operational engineering support and collaborates with public and private entities Earth observation missions, data processing, and applied research Your tasks You will be involved in the evaluation and management of technical documentation necessary for issuing type certificates for military aircraft and equipment certification This includes analysing technical specifications, qualification plans, certification tests, configuration changes, and safety documentation, with the objective of producing recommendations to support the Ministry of Defence You will participate in specialized technical meetings for certification and qualification panels, both in Italy and abroad Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and compliance of aeronautical systems You will also be involved in witnessing activities and overseeing testing and qualification activities on aircraft and their equipment You will support the Military Aircraft Register management according to current regulations and contribute to registering, classifying, distributing, archiving, and certifying qualification documentation You will assist with auditing activities for responsible companies and evaluate and verify qualification documents for issuing certification approvals Your skills and experience To be successful in this role, you will need : Master’s degree in engineering (preferably aeronautics, electronics, mechanics) with a minimum grade of 100 / 110 English B2 certification and good proficiency in MS Office Preferably knowledge of defence regulations Extra information Employment contract with a leading European space company Flexible work environment Work location: Rome (preferred), Milan, Naples Please note that, due to the sensitive nature of the data involved, this position is currently available only to individuals who meet the following criteria: EU Citizens Non-EU Citizens already based in the EU with a valid work permit Once we receive your CV, we will take time to evaluate it carefully.
